ART is not enabled by default in 4.4, so if you have not enabled it, your device should still be using the standard Dalvik runtime engine, and this app should run normally. If you have enabled ART, this app will show a "Java.Lang.RuntimeException" on launch. If you are not sure which you are using, the setting can be found and/or changed under Settings->Developer Options->Select Runtime.
