Squat has 6 different difficulty levels from beginner to more advanced trainer. After you have completed one difficulty you should be strong enough to move to the next one. After completing the hardest difficulty you should be able to do over 150 squats .
Squats are one of the greatest lowerbody exercises you can do at home with no additional equipment.
