This is the Free version of my 21 Day Fitness Nutrition Buddy. It simply keeps track of the containers you can have. I used it every day when I went through the program. I am working on a pro version with added features such as meal planning.
How to Use:First you select your current weight range. That will bring you to a new screen filled with colored squares, these are your containers for the day. You can Tap or Un-Tap your containers, They reset every day.
