This is not an official 21 Day Fix app, it is simply a calculator tool to go with that Diet and Fitness Program.
(It is not intended to be used without that, if you do not have the Beach Body 21 Day Fix package, this app will not do anything for you)
If you are not familiar with the 21 Day Fix, it is a diet and exercise program offered by Beach Body that focuses on eating proper food proportions. It includes specially colored containers for each type of food. You are allocated so many of each color per day.
The 21 Day Fix App helps you to keep track of how many of each color you have used each day as you go. You simply put in your weight (in pounds(lbs) and the tool will fill in the number of each you should be using each day. Then you simply hit the + and - buttons as you use them.
There is NO NEED to load your daily plan in advance. That way if you alter from it, you can still account for it. So if you take a banana for lunch and don't eat it, you don't have to count it. Simply click + to each box as you use it throughout the day.
