C25K™ is the easiest program to get beginners from couch potatoes to 5K distance runners in 8 weeks.


This program will allow users to slowly build strength and stamina by alternating between walking and running, and only 3 days a week. After just 8 weeks, you will be fitter, stronger and healthier than you have ever been.


Listen to your favorite music while you workout and follow the program’s convenient audio alerts. Along with voice/audio alerts and music controls on your headset, just press “start”, put your device in your pocket, and you’re ready to go. Alerts will tell you when to warm-up, walk, run, halfway point, cooldown, and when one minute is left to give it your all.


By design, the program allows (and recommends) ample time in between workouts for muscles to heal and rest. So when users begin each workout, they are at their peak condition and ready to rock and roll.
